Operation Philosophy:
We take a very proactive approach with our operational philosophy at Accents and Interiors. To allow us to be cost effective and provide the best service we can to our customers, we run our own truck to our vendors, insuring that the product we pick up is accurate and in good quality. We are able to identify and correct any product related issues on our supplier's dock before it gets to our warehouse and has a chance to affect installation schedules. We use the same proactive, hands on philosophy as it relates to customer service. Our quality control is handled by our sales team so the person making you the promise is the person in the field delivering the promise. This approach allows us to identify any installation challenges ourselves so our sustomers are not inconvenienced with post job completion changes. As there are instances where things do happen, you can rest assured that should the need arise for us to preform a repair after the job is completed, it will happen quickly and will be handled with the utmost care and respect for the homeowner's time and belongings. We take a Yes and Now approach to our customer service. Our initial response to a customer's question of "Can you help me and if so, when" should be "Yes and now!"
