Supply Chain
Bulk buying of materials for projects. Buying the material at the onset of the project eliminates the opportunity for supply chain challenges at any point of the project start, regardless of construction timelines between buildings.
Efficiency
Bulk products are stored in regional warehouses and delivered according to the builder's installation schedule.
Partnering with installation crews with previous experience in this sector who excel at Multi-Family installations with awareness of jobsite expectations and requirements.
Project Management
The Multi-Family division has a dedicated team focused on maximizing the efficiency of material usage, scheduling, and project management specifically for installations in that sector.
Field Tech Program
Field Techs monitor installations while ensuring they meet A&I standards, adhere to schedules, and facilitate communication between the builder, installer, and A&I. Summary of responsibilities:

Site Readiness: Ensure the site is fully prepared for installation

Job Review: Confirm that the job is done per workorder and A&I standards

Quality Control: Address quick repairs, and consult with Dispatch for more complex ones

Customer Service: Identify damage/quality issues, determine fault, and maintain relationships with stakeholders (Builders, General Contractors, Installers, Homeowners/Investors)

Strong Communication and Soft Skills: Effective communication and relationship building abilities
